Terms of Service
These terms say that you may use Acavya for your institute, pay the flat plan fee plus GST, keep ownership of your data, and that we provide the service on a best-effort basis with the limits of liability set out below.
Privacy Policy
Acavya collects only the data it needs to run accounts, billing, sign-in and demo requests, uses no tracking cookies or ad trackers, handles students’ data only as your processor, and lets you access, correct or erase your data.
Data Processing Agreement
The DPA says Acavya processes your institute’s data only on your instructions, tells you of a breach within hours, uses only listed sub-processors, returns or deletes data at the end, lets you audit, and never uses the data for its own purposes.
Sub-processors
Acavya uses the sub-processors listed below, each with its purpose, the data it receives and where it processes it, and names any new provider here with 30 days’ notice before its first use.
Refund policy
The 30-day trial is free so you can decide before paying, and this policy sets out when a paid subscription or wallet balance can be refunded.
Acceptable use
You may use Acavya to run your school or coaching centre lawfully; you may not misuse children’s data, send spam, make misleading claims, attack the system or resell it without an agreement.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and the Acavya app uses only the essential cookies it needs to keep you signed in and safe.
