Who counts as a student: anyone enrolled and not withdrawn, counted once across branches and batches. Staff, parents and alumni never count. Your plan follows your peak active students.
If you grow past your band: nothing stops working. We tell you at 90% of your band and, after 2 months in a row above it, propose the next plan. You accept in one tap and pay only the difference for the rest of your term. You can move down at renewal if your peak fits a smaller band. The Free plan stops at 30 students and 1 branch.
Built-in live classes: one student in one class for one hour is one student-hour, pooled for the whole institute. Low-data mode counts half and HD counts double. Your own Zoom, Meet, Teams or Jitsi is free and unlimited.
AI actions: one request you trigger (a draft, a summary, a question paper). AI is never charged: connect your own AI key for unlimited use, or keep working with the non-AI fallbacks.
What costs extra? Usage pricing
Subscriptions never touch the wallet. The prepaid wallet pays only for things that cost us money per use, with low-balance alerts, so a quiet month costs nothing extra.
WhatsApp, SMS and voice
Messaging is charged at cost + up to 10% handling, or 0% markup if the institute connects its own WhatsApp Business account. We show the estimate before every bulk send.
Built-in live classes beyond your monthly pool
₹0.50 per student-hour from the wallet. Your own Zoom, Meet, Teams or Jitsi is always free and unlimited.
AI: never charged
AI runs on free models inside your plan allowance. Connect your own AI key for unlimited use, billed by your provider with no markup from us.
No commission on fee collections: fees settle straight to your bank account. Where our payment partner offers a referral share, it is disclosed in our terms and never raises your rates.

Where our price is above a published range, the table says so. In that size we compete on completeness (exams and test series, AI, apps, offline and Hindi included), not on being the lowest.
How does the free trial work?
- 30 days, every feature, for up to 30 students, no card. You set up your own institute from day one, and an optional sample setup helps you explore.
- Then choose a flat plan or Pay as you go, or stay on the Free plan if you have up to 30 students. An unpaid account becomes read-only. Your data is never deleted and you can always export it.
- After a trial that is not continued, data is kept for 60 days.
- Tutors: the Free plan has no time limit. It covers attendance, fees and receipts, homework, online tests and the parent app for up to 30 students in 1 branch.
How does Pay as you go work?
- ₹5 per active student per month, with a minimum of ₹199 a month (that covers up to 39 students). Prices exclude GST.
- Billed monthly, no yearly commitment. The minimum is billed at the start of the month; students above it are charged at the end of the month from your prepaid wallet.
- Every feature, unlimited staff and parents, any number of branches and WhatsApp support, with the Starter allowances for built-in live classes and AI actions.
- For example: 25 students ₹199, 60 students ₹300, 100 students ₹500 a month. With more students a flat plan usually costs less, and your billing page tells you when it does.
How does GST apply to the price?
Every price on this page excludes 18% GST, which is added and shown separately on your invoice. Whether you can claim input tax credit depends on your institute: coaching centres can usually claim it and schools generally cannot, but please confirm with your chartered accountant. Pricing is subject to Acavya being registered for GST at the time of invoicing.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is for tutors and small tuition classes with up to 30 students in 1 branch: attendance, fees and receipts, homework, online tests and the parent app, with 300 AI actions a month and no card needed.
Do you charge per student?
Only if you choose Pay as you go: ₹5 per active student a month, minimum ₹199, billed monthly. On a flat plan you pay one price for the band your peak active students fall in, from ₹4,999 a year up to 150 students to ₹49,999 up to 3,000, with no per-student fees. There are no add-on modules on either.
Is every feature really included?
Yes. Every paid plan includes every module, including exams and test series, the AI copilot on free models, apps, offline mode, Hindi and English, the compliance center, data export and WhatsApp support. The plans differ only in size and usage allowances.
Who counts as a student, and what if we grow past our band?
Anyone enrolled and not withdrawn, counted once across branches. Nothing stops working if you grow: we warn you at 90% of your band, propose the next plan after 2 months in a row above it, and you pay only the difference for the rest of your term.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Each plan has a monthly price, for example ₹999 a month for Growth. Paying yearly costs about 10 months of the monthly price instead of 12, so you get 2 months free.
Do I pay for AI?
No. AI runs on free models inside your plan allowance and is never charged. Connect your own AI key for unlimited use and your provider bills you directly with no markup from us.
What happens if I use more built-in live-class hours than included?
Built-in live time beyond your monthly pool costs ₹0.50 per student-hour from the wallet. Using your own Zoom, Meet, Teams or Jitsi is always free and unlimited.
Are WhatsApp messages included?
Messaging is charged at cost + up to 10% handling, or 0% markup if the institute connects its own WhatsApp Business account. We show the estimate before every bulk send.
Do you take a commission on fees?
No. Fees settle directly into your bank account. Payment gateways charge their own fees, which are disclosed.
Will prices change?
Prices can change for new customers. Existing customers keep their price for their current term, and institutes that pay before 30 Jun 2027 on any plan up to Scale keep their price for 3 years from their first payment (Enterprise founding terms are agreed with our sales team, with a lock of up to 24 months).
