How does the Acavya partner and reseller programme work?
Partners who bring an institute to Acavya earn 30% of that institute’s subscription for the first year and 10% after that, tracked through a partner code, without any access to the institute’s data.

Who can become a partner?
- Local installers of biometric attendance devices, CCTV and smart panels who already visit schools.
- Education consultants who advise schools and coaching centres on admissions, compliance or software.
- Training providers who run on-site training for institutes in their city.
What is the commission?

Get your partner code
Each partner gets a code that is attached to the institutes you refer.
Refer institutes
Share the code or introduce us. We run the demo, migration and onboarding.
Track and earn
You see when a referred institute becomes a paying customer and what you earned.
What do partners not get?
- Access to an institute’s student, parent or fee data. Partners are not part of the institute’s account.
- Commission on fees collected by the institute. We take none ourselves.
Does the institute pay more if a partner refers it?
No. The institute pays the same public price. The commission comes out of our revenue.
Is there a referral reward between institutes?
Yes. Give 1 month, get 1 month: when an institute you refer pays, you both get a month free.
