1. One platform for school and coaching

School ERPs handle batches poorly and coaching apps cannot run a school. Acavya handles both. A parent sees the child’s school and coaching centre in one app, siblings share one login, and a coaching centre can run online batches in the built-in classroom or on its own Zoom or Meet.

2. WhatsApp-first for parents

Parents get what matters on WhatsApp: notices (with audio links), dues, payment links, receipts, attendance and results. Requests such as leave, PTM booking and consent work through links. The app is optional, and Hindi is supported everywhere.

3. Works offline

The fee counter, attendance and marks entry are designed to keep working on a ₹7,000 Android phone or a ten-year-old office PC during internet and power cuts, then sync safely. Offline receipts use pre-allocated number blocks and signed QR codes so numbers cannot clash.

AI drafts question papers, remarks, reconciliation matches and parent summaries. A teacher or clerk approves anything that touches a student record. Identifiers are redacted before any text leaves for an external model, every AI feature has a non-AI fallback, and AI never writes marks on its own.

Where do we draw honest limits?

• We remove paperwork, not people. Teaching, care, judgement, cash handling, gates, buses and exam halls stay with humans. Claiming that software removes all your work would be untrue.
• Government portals have no public API for private software. UDISE+, APAAR and CBSE submissions are reduced to “export the exact file, then upload or check”. We never scrape or automate them without permission.
• We are not the lowest price at every size. At the largest school sizes a published flat-band price can be lower than ours; the price comparison says where. We aim to win on completeness, exams, Hindi, offline use and no add-on charges.
• We have no customer numbers to show yet. We do not publish testimonials, ratings, counts or logos we cannot back with written consent. Time-saved figures will be measured with real institutes before we publish them.

What will we never do?

• Show ads, or sell or reuse your data. Never.
