What is expected of every institute?
- Use the Service only for lawful education and administration purposes of your institute.
- Have the right to upload the data you upload, and keep your users’ roles accurate.
- Protect sign-in details and report suspected misuse quickly.
What is not allowed?
- Misusing children’s data: no profiling for marketing, no sale of data, no use beyond the purposes you have a lawful basis for.
- Spam and unlawful messaging: no bulk messages without consent, no breaking telecom (DLT) or WhatsApp business policies.
- Misleading advertising: no guaranteed ranks or results, no “100% selection” claims, and no use of a student’s name or photo without written consent given after the result, in line with consumer-protection guidance for coaching advertisements.
- Attacking the Service: no probing, scraping, overloading, or bypassing access controls. Security researchers should report findings through the security contact; testing needs our written permission.
- Unlawful or harmful content: nothing that is illegal, abusive, or infringes others’ rights.
- Resale: no reselling or white-labelling the Service without a written agreement.
- AI misuse: no attempts to make AI features produce harmful content, or to send identity-document images to them.
What happens if the policy is broken?
We may warn, restrict or suspend the affected feature or account, with notice where we can, and always give you the chance to export your data except where the law prevents it. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
