Questions tutors ask
Is my students’ data safe?
Yes: each institute’s data is kept apart from every other institute’s, sensitive fields are encrypted, and our staff can open it only through logged, time-limited access that you are told about. Register files you send us for the free import are used by our team only for that import and deleted after it, or 30 days after your request at the latest. The data is yours, we never sell it or use it to promote anyone’s classes, and you can export all of it at any time.
Is there Hindi support?
Yes: every screen works in Hindi and English, and we answer in Hindi or English on WhatsApp and phone, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes: it runs in your phone’s browser and you can add it to your home screen like an app; a laptop is optional.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes: the trial needs no card and simply ends, and a monthly plan can be stopped at any time and is not billed again. Yearly plans follow our refund policy, and you can export your data before you leave.
What is free?
The 30-day trial, the Free plan for up to 30 students, your website at yourname.acavya.com, and the first import of up to 300 students asked for within 7 days of sign-up. The ads setup is free on a yearly plan too.
Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly to Meta or Google from your own ad account: Acavya Ventures never handles your ad money. We do not promise leads, enquiries or admissions.
Prefer a short demo first?
Leave your number and a good time; we show you the tutor setup in 10 minutes.
