1. We set up your first ad campaign
We set up 1 Meta campaign (Facebook and Instagram) for your institute, on your own ad account. It includes:
- A check of your Facebook page and Instagram profile, and connecting your own Meta ad account.
- 3 ready ads made from our templates with your institute’s details.
- Location targeting around your institute.
- A WhatsApp or enquiry-form button on the ad, so people reach you directly.
- A 30-minute handover call, so you can pause, change or extend the campaign yourself.
Price of the ads setup
- Any yearly plan: free.
- A monthly plan, Pay as you go included: ₹999 one-time.
- The free trial or the Free plan: ask now; the price follows the plan you choose before the campaign goes live.
No GST is charged at present: the price shown is what you pay.
2. Your website on yourname.acavya.com
Every institute gets a website at an address such as yourname.acavya.com, free on every plan, the trial included. You fill in your courses, fees, timings and contact details in the app, and a parent’s enquiry from the website lands on your enquiry board. Using your own domain name comes in a later release.
3. The portal
The Acavya app runs your institute: students and batches, fees and receipts, attendance, tests and results, homework, admission enquiries, staff and a login for parents, in Hindi and English, on a phone or a computer. See the features and the plans.
4. Free data migration
- Your first import is free on every plan, the free trial included.
- From an Excel or CSV sheet, or from photos of your registers.
- Up to 300 students.
- Ask for it from the app within 7 days of sign-up.
- We delete your uploaded files after the import, or 30 days after your request at the latest.
- On the Free plan, imported students count towards its 30-student limit.
- A larger register or a repeat import keeps today’s price: free on a yearly Growth plan or above (and for design partners on any plan), otherwise ₹1,999.
