Acavya

What can the school owner see on the Acavya dashboard and in reports?

The owner sees today collection, dues, admissions, attendance percentage, absent staff and alerts on a phone dashboard with an opt-in 9 pm WhatsApp digest, plus over 100 standard reports, a custom report builder, ask-your-data in plain language and a full self-serve data export.

Who is it for, and what hurts today?

  • Owner or trustee: matching cash to carbon receipt books, calling the accountant for the number and finding out about a problem a month late.
  • Principal: a report on attendance or results that takes a clerk two days.
  • Franchise head office: no clean comparison across branches and royalty worked out in a spreadsheet.
  • CA or trustee: wanting the data in Excel without begging the vendor.

What can it do?

  • Available now: An owner phone dashboard with today collection, dues, admissions, attendance percentage, staff absent and alerts, and an opt-in 9 pm daily WhatsApp digest.
  • Available now: Over 100 standard reports: finance (daily collection, defaulters, concessions, head-wise income), students (strength by class, category and age, attendance registers), academics (exam analysis, teacher workload), staff and payroll, and operations (transport utilisation, library overdues, inventory valuation).
  • Available now: A custom report builder: dataset, filters, columns, grouping and a chart, with Excel and PDF export, saved reports and scheduling by WhatsApp or email.
  • Available now: Ask-your-data: a natural-language question run as a governed, read-only, tenant-scoped query on approved views with row limits.
  • Available now: A full tenant export as CSV and JSON plus a documents zip, self-serve at any time. This is the no-lock-in promise.
  • Available now: Multi-branch dashboards, branch comparison and franchise royalty statements.

What does the AI do here, and who approves it?

  • Ask-your-data turns a question such as "which class has the most dues this month" into a read-only query on governed views. You see the result and the query that produced it.
  • The daily digest can be sent as text or a Hindi voice note.

How does it work?

What can the school owner see on the Acavya dashboard and in reports?

  1. Open the dashboard

See today numbers on your phone.

  2. Get the digest

Receive the same picture on WhatsApp at 9 pm if you opt in.

  3. Drill down

Open a standard report or build your own and schedule it.

  4. Export

Download everything as CSV, JSON and a documents zip whenever you want.

Does it work in Hindi, offline and on WhatsApp?

  • The digest comes on WhatsApp in your chosen language.
  • The dashboard is built for a phone browser or the installed app.
  • Export works on any connection, since it produces files.

What can it not do?

  • Reports are only as good as the data entered; they do not fix missing attendance or unreconciled payments.
  • Ask-your-data cannot change data and is limited to approved views.
  • The WhatsApp digest and WhatsApp report delivery need your approved WhatsApp Business account; email delivery works without it.

Can I get all my data out?

Yes. It is a self-serve CSV and JSON export with a documents zip, and you can also export a single student. See data export.

Is the 9 pm digest on by default?

No. It is opt-in and sent on WhatsApp.

Can I schedule a report?

Yes, by WhatsApp or email.
