Acavya

How does Acavya run a multi-branch school chain or a coaching franchise?

Acavya holds several branches under one tenant with branch-level data scoping and a head-office view, runs branch cash closing and clash detection per branch, and adds branch comparison, franchise mode with limited partner visibility and automatic royalty statements, with every figure still scoped by role.

What does a day look like before and after Acavya?

A coaching brand with three branches and a head office, or a school trust running several campuses on CBSE, ICSE, a state board, IB, Cambridge or its own curriculum. The owner is not in the room, and each branch has its own cash, staff and timetable.

Which Acavya modules matter most here?

What would it cost?

Three branches with 1,800 students in total are on the Enterprise plan and pay ₹49,999 a year before GST, or ₹58,998.82 with GST, if all branches sit in one Acavya account, because students are counted once across branches and any number of branches is included. Enterprise also adds the franchise and multi-institute HQ console.

How a franchise partner that holds its own account would be billed depends on the arrangement, so ask us in the demo. See the pricing page.

What is the compliance angle?

  • Each branch may sit in a different state with different coaching or fee rules; rule packs are versioned and chosen per institute and branch, and are marked unverified until a lawyer confirms them.
  • GST registration can differ by state, and Acavya raises GST invoices from the fee rule for your CA to confirm.
  • Franchise partners see only their own data, and the head office sees what the role allows. The platform does not use your data to market to your students.
  • DPDP duties belong to each legal entity; confirm with your lawyer which entity is the data fiduciary in a franchise.

Can one person work at several branches?

Yes. A person can hold several roles across branches and institutes, and access is scoped to each.

Does the head office see all branches?

Only if the role allows it. Branch-level scoping keeps each branch data separate from others unless a head-office role is granted.

How is royalty calculated?

On the agreed basis, billed or collected, with a statement per partner.

Can our campuses follow different boards?

Yes. Each institute in the account records its own board, and curricula are set up per institute for CBSE, ICSE, a state board, IB, Cambridge or your own curriculum, so campuses on different boards can sit in one account.
