How does Acavya help a CBSE school with HPC, LOC, APAAR and UDISE+?
For a CBSE school, Acavya keeps one master record that feeds the CBSE-format TC, the Holistic Progress Card, the LOC and registration checks, the APAAR consent register and the UDISE+ data pack, and it tracks two Class 10 exams and the 75 percent rule, while leaving the actual portal uploads to your exam cell and IT operator.
Last reviewed:
What does a day look like before and after Acavya?
From the exam cell and the IT or data-entry operator of a 1,200-student CBSE school. The same child is typed into several places, and the board has no API for you.
| Moment | Before (typical today) | With Acavya |
|---|---|---|
| August to September, UDISE+ | The operator re-types the register into the UDISE+ forms, and mismatches appear late. | One master record exports a UDISE+ data pack and a mismatch report; the operator checks and uploads it. |
| LOC window | Name, date of birth and subject mismatches show up on the LOC and in Excel macros. | The LOC assistant checks the subject scheme, name, date of birth, APAAR and Aadhaar match, and calculates the fee before the upload. |
| Marks entry | Marks are edited after the sheet is signed and nobody can say who changed what. | Marks lock on submission, and any change needs a reason and an approval that is logged. |
| Class 10 phase 2 | Improvement, compartment and Essential Repeat are tracked by hand. | Both phases, improvement of up to 3 subjects and best-of scores are tracked in the record. |
| Report card season | Narrative remarks for every child and a template that keeps changing. | The HPC template per PARAKH stage, AI narrative drafts for the teacher, and a bilingual PDF with QR published in bulk. |
| January, attendance shortage | A hand-made list of children below 75 percent. | The 75 percent tracker with condonation records and the board-format monthly register. |

What would it cost?
A 1,200-student school is on the Scale plan and pays ₹29,999 a year before GST, or ₹35,398.82 with GST. The price is flat for the whole band, up to 1,500 students.
Every feature is included. See the pricing page for the calculator and the plans.
What is the compliance angle?
- The HPC level names and the CBSE formats live in editable rule packs that must be compared with the official PARAKH templates; we mark them as needing verification until you or we have done so.
- APAAR: a consent register with an opt-out option and a mismatch report before registration. See the APAAR guide.
- Aadhaar is never stored in full, uploaded images are masked and exports leave it out, so operators enter it from the originals.
- UDISE+, APAAR and CBSE portals have no public API for private software. Acavya produces the exact-format export or a guided checklist and you upload it.
Can Acavya upload my LOC to the CBSE portal?
No. There is no public API for private software, and we never scrape a government portal. Acavya validates your data and produces the upload sheet.
Does it support two Class 10 board exams?
Yes. It tracks both phases, improvement of up to 3 subjects, compartment and Essential Repeat.
Which HPC level names does it use?
Names come from an editable rule pack because sources differ. Verify them against the official PARAKH template for your stage.
Is the report card CBSE-approved?
We do not claim approval. The formats follow the published structure and your exam cell should verify them for your school.
