Acavya

What does a JEE or NEET coaching centre get from Acavya?

A JEE or NEET centre gets a pattern-aware test engine with CBT that resumes after a power cut, phone-scanned OMR, answer-key challenges with automatic re-ranking, a tagged question bank with LaTeX, a hints-first AI tutor and parent reports on WhatsApp, with results private by default.

What does a day look like before and after Acavya?

A 500-student centre running weekly tests for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET and CUET batches, with droppers, a mix of offline and online students and a test coordinator who sets papers at night.

A day in the life: before and with Acavya
MomentBefore (typical today)With Acavya
Setting the paperThe coordinator types questions in Word and rebuilds sets by hand.A paper is generated from a blueprint of chapters, marks and difficulty with sets and an answer key, and the coordinator approves it.
Test day, offlineOMR sheets go through a scanner and mis-bubbled roll numbers surface late.Sheets are scanned by phone, wrong roll or test-code bubbles are detected and uncertain sheets go to a review queue.
Test day, onlineA power cut kills the test and students demand a re-test.The CBT caches answers locally and the student resumes with the remaining time.
Answer-key challengeA bonus question means a night of re-ranking in Excel. The key is changed, every submission is re-evaluated and ranks, percentiles and tie-breaks are recomputed.
Doubts at nightA student has a doubt at 11 pm and no mentor is awake. The hints-first tutor answers, uses the centre materials and escalates to a teacher with the history.
Parent reportA rank card reaches parents days later.A PDF with scores, ranks and chapter accuracy goes on WhatsApp after each test; AI-written notes wait for a teacher approval.
These are our estimates from walking through each role, not measured results.

What would it cost?

A 400-student centre is on the Growth plan and pays ₹9,999 a year before GST, or ₹11,798.82 with GST, for every student, offline or online, with every feature including the test series.

Online students who attend through your own Zoom or Meet cost nothing extra, and the built-in classroom includes 150 student-hours a month. The AI tutor runs on free models within the plan’s 6,000 AI actions a month. See the pricing page.

What is the compliance angle?

  • Results are private by default, with no public rank lists, and batch formation is not merit-based, in line with the Ministry of Education 2024 guidelines and the Supreme Court direction. Check your state pack.
  • Batch daily hours are capped by your rule pack, a weekly off is enforced and the system avoids a test on the day after the weekly off.
  • The age gate (age 16 or a secondary exam passed) can block under-age admissions unless an override with a reason and owner approval is logged.
  • Adult students (18 or more) are the primary contact and parents see their data only with the student consent. Topper ads need consent after the result.

Does it support NEET moving to CBT?

Patterns are data in the test engine, not code, so a changed NEET or JEE pattern is a configuration change.

Can the AI tutor be used during a test?

No. The tutor is locked during exams.

How accurate is the phone OMR?

Our target is 99 percent on an external phone-photo sample set that is still pending, and uncertain sheets go to a review queue so you do not rely on a blind scan.

Can students be ranked publicly?

The default is private. You decide whether to publish a leaderboard, and a scholarship-test leaderboard is opt-in and privacy-aware.
