What is the compliance angle?
- Children under 18 need verifiable parental consent under DPDP, and photos are shared only per the consent level recorded for each child.
- Custody orders and authorised pickups are enforced in the system, and every view of an incident record is logged.
- There is no AI on POCSO case content. Allergy and medication data is encrypted.
- Safety, staff verification and licensing rules for early-childhood centres differ by state and are outside Acavya; check with your local authority.
Can parents see photos of their child?
Only in line with the consent level recorded for that child. Photos are shared per consent and are never used for any other purpose.
How does the gate verify who collects a child?
The guard sees the photo of the authorised adult and checks the OTP; custody restrictions are enforced and an attempt by an unauthorised person is blocked and logged.
Do you use face recognition for children?
Not by default. Face recognition is opt-in, needs explicit consent and stores templates, not raw images.
